Welcome to the Restorative Center of Cleveland

Hi, I'm Jasmine! I'm so excited that you are here, and looking to begin your therapy journey. My goal as a therapist has always been to open the door to the world of mental health, and make the idea of therapy more comfortable and welcoming. I have been a licensed clinician since 2017, working with a broad population of clients. For the first 3 1/2 years of my career, I worked exclusively with children in the school setting, addressing struggles with ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and suicidality. In 2021, I decided to begin a new chapter, wanting to broaden my experience, and accepted a position working with survivors of domestic violence. It was there that I was provided the incredible opportunity to be trained in EMDR, which has increased my ability to help people to process their trauma and negative beliefs.

Last year, I made the decision to begin working in private practice, wanting to, again, expand my experience, and continue helping a wider variety of clients. I have broadened my areas of care to address topics related to grief, chronic health struggles, relationship struggles, mood disorders, and more. It allowed me to complete my training in EMDR, as well as receive certifications in general trauma treatment. I am also currently working towards certification in the treatment of narcissistic abuse.

My approach as a clinician is through an interpersonal approach, with a core value of making therapy welcoming, and as un-intimidating as possible. I have a background in utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and more.

Please feel free to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to ask any questions, and/or to see if I would be a good fit to meet your current mental health needs.
